At Prism Smoke Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Safely pack the unused item in its original box with all protective padding to ensure it is not damaged during the return transit.

  Shipping the Product

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our warehouse address, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality and usage, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
